Q: What is included in my order? A: Everything you need for a salon-quality manicure is inside! Each set includes:

  • The Nails: Your selected set of premium, 100% hand-painted press-on nails.

  • The Prep Kit (Free Gift):

    • Jelly Glue Tabs: For a strong, nail-friendly hold (easy removal).

    • Wooden Stick: For cuticle prep and removal.

    • Nail File: To customize the shape for a perfect fit.

Q: Will my nails look exactly like the photos? A: Because our nails are hand-painted, slight variations in design, color placement, or marble effects are a sign of authentic artistry and are not considered defects.

  • Shape Note: If you choose a shape different from the photo (e.g., changing Stiletto to Coffin), the design composition may change slightly to fit the canvas. For the exact look shown in photos, we recommend selecting the "Original Shape" option.

Q: Are these really handmade? A: Yes! Unlike factory-printed nails, Kavia Beauty nails are handcrafted by artists. Our team reviews every order to ensure design integrity before shipping.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take to get my nails? A: Quality takes time. Because many sets are made-to-order:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for our artists to prepare and pack your order (up to 7 days during launches).

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery to the US takes 7-14 business days.

  • Note: You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Q: Where do you ship from? A: To offer premium craftsmanship at accessible prices, we ship directly from our specialized international workshops and fulfillment centers in Asia.

Q: How much is shipping? A: We offer flat-rate and free shipping options:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: Free shipping on orders over $49. (Otherwise $6.99)

  • 🌍 International: Free shipping on orders over $59. (Otherwise $6.99)


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? A: We have a 14-day return policy. However, due to strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The package has been opened.

  • The hygiene seal is broken or tampered with.

  • The nails have been worn or sized.

  • Please inspect your nails through the clear packaging before breaking the seal.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: Please inspect your order immediately! If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us at support@kaviabeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Important: You must send a photo of the item inside its original packaging with the hygiene seal UNBROKEN. We cannot assist with damage claims if the seal is broken.

Q: Can I change my shipping address? A: There is a small window to correct addresses. Please contact us immediately. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.
