RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
14-Day Return Window: We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with the hygiene seal fully intact.
⚠️ The Hygiene Seal (Crucial): For health and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns on press-on nails if the clear package has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken. Please inspect your nails through the clear packaging before opening.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at support@kaviabeauty.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
